Glass Options for Custom Windows
Custom windows can be configured with the same glass packages as standard units. Low-E double-pane glass is the most popular choice for Tennessee's climate — it blocks heat gain in summer while retaining warmth in winter. Triple-pane glass is available for maximum thermal performance and noise reduction. Tempered or laminated safety glass is required by code in certain locations (within 18 inches of a door, in bathrooms, near stairs) and is available for all custom configurations.
